Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) has launched its flagship book titled “Advances in Oil Palm Research Second Edition”. This book provides a comprehensive overview of the significant research and development (R&D) efforts and innovations in the oil palm industry spanning from 2011 to 2020. Comprising 27 chapters, the book delves into various aspects of the oil palm industry, including upstream, midstream, downstream, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0).

The primary objective of this publication is to share the extensive R&D initiatives undertaken by MPOB and to showcase invaluable industrial experiences. MPOB's flagship release, "Advances in Oil Palm Research Second Edition" offers a wealth of information about the oil palm industry.

“This book is divided into two volumes, each dedicated to different fields, such as biotechnology, biology, engineering and processing, food and nutrition, oleochemicals, and trade. It presents a wide range of R&D findings, highlighting the remarkable
journey of oil palm development.
"The book serves as a comprehensive overview of the oil palm industry's research and development advancements in Malaysia and worldwide. It is a valuable resource for researchers, professionals in the oil palm industry, and the broader business
